Meet Our Technicians
Jim Savage is the owner and operator of Ice Cold Auto Air of Seminole County since 1982. He has been in the air conditioning business since 1975. He is ASE certified in air conditioning and heat, Wagner anti-lock brake systems and AC Delco electrical circuitry. Jim is an active member of the Mobile Air Conditioning Society (MACS) since 1982, and an Automotive Service Association (ASA) member since 1992. He has also served on the Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) panel in 1993, 1995, and 1997 where he was involved with rewriting the A7-Test for air conditioning and heat.
Jim enjoys salt water fishing, golf and NASCAR racing. His favorite NASCAR driver is Dale Earnhardt.
Walter Monser has been an air conditioning technician since 1971. He has earned the title of ASE master automotive technician. Walt has successfully completed all 8 certifications. He has an impressive list ranging from MACS, IMACA, Wagner anti-lock brake systems, AC Delco electrical circuitry, and OBD II. Other certifications include engine repair, automatic transmission/ transaxles, suspension and steering, brakes, electrical and electronic systems, heating and air conditioning systems, and engine performance.
Walt enjoys hunting, fishing and auto racing.
Bill Core has been with Ice Cold Auto Air of Seminole County since 1989. Bill has earned his ASE and MACS certifications in automotive air conditioning and heating.
Bill enjoys traveling, reading and NASCAR racing. His favorite driver is Dale Earnhardt.
Todd Preston has 19 years in the air conditioning and heating business. He is ASE certified in air conditioning and heating, brake systems, and SCC certified in air conditioning controls. Todd attended the Allen Institute of Auto Computer Technology and MACS Refrigerant Recovery and Recycling program.
Todd’s hobbies include fishing and NASCAR racing.
Pete Nelson has been in the automotive air conditioning business since 1990. His ASE certifications include air conditioning, steering and suspension, and recovery. He also has certifications in MACS recovery, and IMACA recovery.
Pete likes to golf and watch the Minnesota Vikings in any game, win or lose.
Greg LaRose moved to Orlando from McLean, Virginia in 1975. He has been with Ice Cold Auto Air of Seminole County since 1992 where he is currently the service writer. He is ASE certified in air conditioning and heat, and MAC certified.
Greg is a licensed United States Coast Guard Captain. He enjoys water skiing, snow skiing, fishing, diving, and boating. He also enjoys NACAR racing and his favorite NASCAR driver is Tony Stewart.
