I have used Casselberry Auto since we moved here 3 years ago. This is a very honest and trustworthy shop. This week, another mechanic shop out of town told me my transmission system needed $3,000-4,000 of repairs. I brought it to Casselberry Auto and the fix was just a simple wheel bearing replacement which saved me thousands of dollars. I can't thank them enough for their honesty with their customers. Highly recommend.

Casselberry Auto is an honest and reasonable auto repair shop. The people there are knowledgeable and kind, they work hard and honestly and get your car running great again. They have worked on my personal vehicles, my business trucks and my mom's car. They are a great company and we are so lucky and happy to have them in our neighborhood.

These lovely people helped me out with my compressor, pepboys wanted to overcharge me because i’m a younger girl but this place is cozy and they are so nice, they have two lovely cats there to keep you company while you wait on your car. definitely coming back whenever i have issues :)

Great experience all around. I came in for a malfunctioning speedometer, and the team was very forthcoming about the capabilities of their shop and what they could and could not troubleshoot. I was kept informed through the whole process, and thankfully they were able to fix my vehicle without issue. The price was also beyond reasonable. Officially a customer for life!

Working with this team on our commercial fleet has been a pleasure. No one likes auto repairs, but we like when the people working on our vehicles are honest and professional. I've also taken my family vehicles here and they have never let me down. They don't do unnecessary work. They don't rip you off. They don't do what they don't do, either. Call them, try them out, you will not regret it.

Not sure how it's taken so long to review these guys. We've taken 3 different vehicles here for service on a myriad of issues for about 6 years now. They have done right by us and our vehicles every time. No up charging, no gotcha fees, or guilt tripping into more work, or selling stuff that isn't needed or relevant. Just good ol fashion blue collar honest to God hard working people trying to put food on their table and make a living. No frills just some friendly cats in the lobby.Keep up the amazing work and great service!

Had them evacuate my car's AC system so I could do an at home repair and they from when I parked to when I left I was there for less than half an hour.Everyone I spoke to was extremely nice and helpful. The mechanics even listened to a few questions for my repair and provided some feedback.They were extremely honest with me, and I'd definitely suggest them to anyone in the area looking to have work done.

I’d like to preface by saying I have always loathed going to the mechanic. As a young woman I’m truthfully taken for a ride every time I go and am typically spoken to like a child. Due to this (and my own procrastination), my car was SEVERELY overdue on maintenance. I went to casselberry auto service with a car that hadn’t had an oil change in way way way too long. They didn’t make me feel like an idiot for procrastinating on something so serious, they just explained to me the importance of car maintenance and didn’t charge me for anything extra, nor tried to. I will be taking my car here from now on.These are genuinely good folks.

I'm so glad I found this business. When my AC stopped blowing cold in my older model Kia Forte, they were able to immediately identify the problem, find me a used part (since they don't make them anymore), and get it installed quickly. The staff was kind and knowledgeable. They have comfortable seating for those who need to wait and some shop cats to keep you company.

I have 2 grandsons with older vehicles that seem to need repair frequently. Regardless of the problem, minor or complicated, Casselberry Auto has always provided prompt professional repairs at a fair price. Work completed for my families automobile’s includes, replacing brakes, a differential, replacing engine components such as O2 sensors and motor mounts, replacing a starter and repairing an A/C system just to name a few items. They always respond promptly to our needs explaining the problem and the repair options completing the work authorized at a fair price. It is a pleasure to do business with Casselberry Auto.

I brought my 2017 Chrysler Pacifica Van here on a Friday with the AC blowing warm. They very quickly diagnosed the issue as a leaking AC evaporator. This was a big job that required the entire dashboard to be removed to replace. They quoted me a very reasonable price to the work required. Even with a shipping delay on the part, I was able to get my vehicle back the following Tuesday morning. They had no issues working with the newer R1234YF refrigerant unlike some other shops I called. Customer service was top notch and I was notified every step of the way.Casselberry Auto Service saved me $1000's over the dealer, got the job done faster, with better service, and even provided a better warranty. I will certainly recommend them to anyone needing AC repair. Thank you!

Professional, courteous, timely and throughal

Extremely friendly and professional people that put people first, not dollar signs. Kim and Jim were nice enough to work me into their schedule in the morning when everywhere else said it'd be a week long wait at a minimum. 1 hour later my AC Works again and I'm no longer sweltering in the heat. Can't recommend them enough and will certainly be back!

I came in un-announced with a confusing set of A/C symptoms on my 2006 Nissan truck. Jim was able to diagnose the issue despite indicating the computer-based sensors provided little help and I was on my way in under 90 minutes. Super friendly and professional service from everyone. Many thanks!!

Good and fast service. Jim was the tech that worked on my vehicle and he was honest and went to great lengths to get a drier put in my vehicle instead of tearing more pieces out causing more labor and cost to me. Waiting area was comfortable and reception was warm and welcoming, good family vibe here. This is my new place to take my vehicles for repairs.

They are honest. Most auto repair shops told me I need a whole new AC. Went to them, it only needed a little coolant!!!!We've had many things repaired there & they are always the lowest price. You cannot make an appointment as it is first come first served!!! I highly recommend them.

This is an honest and affordable place to get your car repaired - and not just your air. I have been here twice and always get a fair estimate and the option to go ahead with the job. Also there is a cozy waiting room with air, recliners and a cat 😊

This place is great. They do a lot more than just AC. Very trustworthy (no swindling here). Priced very reasonable. The only issue is their hours of operation. Expect to have to leave your car there.

Very professional and fair prices

Came in about a week ago with hot air blowing out of my vents. I believe it was the owner who tested it and let me know my evaporator was leaking. Gave me a price and let me know they would take off the initial charge of the dye they had to use to test the A/C if I decided to go with them for the repair. A week later I was desperate. Brought my car in, picked it up later that afternoon and my A/C is so cold now I have to turn the temp up! Thank you guys so much! Definitely can't survive the Florida summer without my A/C working!! The woman in the office was great too!!! Definitely worth the price it was considering I didn't have to make an appt. to get it fixed and it was done CORRECTLY within hours of me dropping it off. Love them!

My car ac has been dying off and on for years. Other mechanics told me that there was no problem & they couldn't fix it. Within a few hours they found and repaired my ac. The car hasn't been this nice to drive since I bought it. I am so glad I went to them. The pricing was fair too & I didn't feel like I was talking to a salesman.
